Teams pay a fee to the IU to cover food and equipment. Districts also cover substitutes and mileage.
6th, 7th, 8th graders

4-5th graders, team of 3 with 1 teacher advisor go to IU to learn and then go back to show other students and teachers. (10-1pm)

provide a piece of equipment (flip, lcd)
A lot depends on the leadership of the advisor.
Focus on software, instructional use, and soft skills (scaffolding, schema, modalities, etc...)
Tried to stay away from troubleshooting, but there are requests for that component.
Main focus has been on technology integration from the instructional level.

Call out to group and they respond in same way. Example: Hola, Hey, yo Tech Wizards.
